So today, I headed over to Spokane, Wa. Here's today's route (roughly):

I'm driving along, and I need to stop for fuel. Exit in the middle of Montana and look for a gas station. I find this:
I bet you can't remember the last time you saw a pump without a CC reader...

Same exit I had to slam on the breaks not to hit a deer. A few hundred yards down the road, I see this. I think they forgot the antlers...

I pull into Spokane, home of Gonzaga University (go Bulldogs) , find a wifi spot and book a hotel, this time NOT using HW. Go, check out the place, it's in a seedy part of town and I don't get a good feeling about it. Luckily, I could cancel w/o penalty. Do so and find another place for a few bucks more, but very clean, new and has all the services I need. I am very happy since I'll be here for 3 days.
